A legal group founded by Trump senior advisor Stephen Miller filed a complaint December 16, 2025, against publishing giant Penguin Random House over DEI programs. In a letter to EEOC chief Andrea Lucas, America First Legal, the group cofounded by Miller, alleges the publishing giant’s DEI programs spur discrimination against white men and calls for investigation.
